    1. This Privacy Policy explains how Ronald Digital (RD) DBA RonaldDigital.com collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from our customers, visitors to our websites, individuals who contact us, users of the Ronald Digital Publisher application, and visitors to our customers’ websites (all: “User” or “Users”).
    2. Please review our Privacy Policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service and, if applicable, your contract with us.
    3. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide Users with an understanding of what types of information we collect, how we treat it, and choices they may have related to this information. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time.

    1. TikTok Login & Permissions
      1. When Users connect their TikTok account to Ronald Digital Publisher, we receive information only after the User grants explicit permission through TikTok’s OAuth authorization screen.
      2. Depending on the permissions granted, we may receive basic TikTok profile information and permissions to upload or manage content on the User’s behalf.
      3. We do not collect TikTok passwords. We do not access private TikTok data unless explicitly authorized by the User. We do not sell or share TikTok data with third parties.
      4. TikTok-related data is used solely to provide the features the User requests (for example, video publishing and automation workflows). Users may revoke access at any time through their TikTok account settings.
    2. Orders
      1. If Users purchase a product or service from us, we request personal information from them on our order form.
      2. Users must provide contact information (such as name, email, and mailing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, CVV, and expiration date), which is processed securely by third-party payment processors.
      3. During the purchase process, Users may provide optional information to us. If that information is provided, it is covered by this Privacy Policy; however, providing it is voluntary. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill a User’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact the User.

      1. We may post Users’ testimonials, comments, or reviews on our website, which may contain personal information.
      2. We obtain the User’s consent via email prior to posting a testimonial that includes their name or other identifying information.

    4. Tell-A-Friend
      1. If Users choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site or services, we will ask the User for their friend’s name and email address.
      2. We will automatically send the User’s friend the User’s personal message via email.
      3. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
      4. Users or the User’s friend may request deletion of this information by contacting us in writing at support@web.ronalddigital.com. This information will be removed within 30 days.

      1. We will communicate with Users in response to their inquiries, to provide the services they request, and to manage the Users’ account.

      1. From time to time, we may provide Users the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys.
      2. If Users choose to participate, we may request certain personal information from them.
      3. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and Users therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

      2. If Users need to change their personal account information, they may update it by making the change in their account dashboard, where available, or by contacting us.
